Good Days / Bad Days

Introducing the “Good Days, Bad Days” - a simple yet powerful tool to help you keep track of the ebb and flow of your days.

At the center of the page, you'll find a square with 31 circles, each representing a day of the month. As you go through each day, you can mark it as a good day (leave the white circle) or a bad day (color it in black), and add notes and thoughts to reflect on what made it so.

The goal is to have at least 51% good days, and ultimately, to fill the entire page with white circles, symbolizing a month filled with good days.

But this tool isn't just about keeping track of the good and bad, it's about understanding and improving. By reflecting on the days that didn't go as well as you hoped, you can begin to identify patterns and make changes to diminish the number of bad days in your life.

As the ancient Greek philosopher Epictetus said, “It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters”. With the “Good Days, Bad Days”, you can take control of your reactions and create a happier, more fulfilling life.
